the best party on Lefkada
The Southern Ionian Regatta has long been known for hosting some of the finest parties on Lefkada and this year will be no exception. Here is what you can expect in 2025.
thursday 18th September
Located in the south of the island of Lefkada, Syvota has turned from a sleepy fishing village to a yachting hotspot with a great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars along with plentiful pontoons. After the second day of our regatta, Syvota plays host to its biggest party of the year with live music and the awards ceremony for the regatta. Final details have yet to be confirmed but here is how the night will go down:
20.00 - Live music from local bands
21.30 - Main prize giving for the event
22.00 - West Coast live till late
Although you will probably here it our stage is located in 12 gods car park at the entrance to Syvota, as shown by the map below.
Wednesday 17th September
On the night of the feeder race we will be hosted by Panos at Breath of Zorbas restaurant in Nikiana, the ending point for our first day of racing. Final details are yet to be confirmed but there will be food available for a sailors budget and live music in the evening. Mooring will be available off the restaurant and in the harbour in Nikiana (10 minute walk), booking details will be posted on this site when available.
